I’ve started to work in the automotive journalism space. With the approval of noted writers David Tracy and Jason Torchinsky — founders of theautopian.com — I commenced freelance work on my original passion, vehicles. After just two of my pieces had been published, I flew out to Ohio in order to test drive a pair of classic cars for an article I had conceived of doing.

In November 2025, I headed to Mexico for several days in order to compose a story on the Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus race team. Professional acquaintance Jim Glickenhaus and the SCG crew attempted to get a hydrogen fuel cell variant of their Boot off-roader ready for the Baja 1000 endurance race — my piece on the effort, “Boot Camp,” can be read here on Race-Dezert.

Closer to home, I wrote a self-published article on my hometown’s connection to the infamous Cannonball Run — interviewing several automotive historians and Cannonball luminaries in the process. Darien, Connecticut served as the starting point for the final, 1979 iteration of the original race. You can check it out here on my Substack.
